Yoga



All of our Yoga classes are all-levels and provide participants modifications to from beginner to experienced.

We use the all-levels approach to offer options, modifications, and pose variations in order for each student to practice safely. Your level of practice and ability will change daily; Yoga provides the flexibility required for your body and mind to adapt daily.

New to Yoga? For the very beginner, we recommend Hatha Yoga and Yoga Rope Wall. These classes are designed to break down postures and learn alignment for your body in each pose.

With a wide variety of classes and instructors, each student will still find a path that suits his or her daily needs to encourage safe growth in the yoga practice.

New to the studio? Try our introductory one month unlimited Yoga pass for $50

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a beginner friendly class that offers support and feedback from the aerial hammock. This class is a fun way to explore movement in Yoga and a safe way to explore challenging postures that otherwise are intimidating to attempt. We practice this Yoga class in hammocks rigged lower than our typical Circus sling, so this class is perfect prep for those interested in Aerial Arts/Circus classes.

We will explore standing postures, arm balances and inversions, stretches and mobility poses, and balancing postures.

Our hammocks have no weight limit, all bodies and experiences are welcome!

Aerial Yoga classes require online pre-registration and pre-payment is required before attending.

Age minimum for Aerial Yoga classes is 16. Anyone under 18 requires guardian consent via online waiver.
