Our Yoga classes are always taught to all levels with something for everyone! Learn alignment, breathing practices, meditation, and what Yoga is truly all about: constantly peeling away layers to discover the beauty of who we are in our spirit.
Aerial Yoga Classes
Aerial yoga, also referred to as anti-gravity yoga, shares a lot of similarities with traditional yoga. However, with the support of the aerial hammock in more challenging postures and inversions, the weight of your body will be supported. This means you’ll be suspended in the air! It’s a great option for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.
Seva Circus Classes
We approach our circus classes with our Yoga philosophy: all levels working together, with encouraging support, and in a safe space. Circus classes are all levels and no experience is required. This is an empowering workout for the body and the mind. Strengthen your whole body, especially core and arms, while building mental strength, courage, and spatial awareness. Weekly classes are offered on either silks or Lyra (aerial hoop), both are fun and invigorating!
