Yoga



All of our Yoga classes are all-levels and provide participants modifications to from beginner to experienced.

We use the all-levels approach to offer options, modifications, and pose variations in order for each student to practice safely. Your level of practice and ability will change daily; Yoga provides the flexibility required for your body and mind to adapt daily.

New to Yoga? For the very beginner, starting out with Hatha Yoga is great, but feel free to try any class. all classes are always all levels and offer progressions from beginners to experienced.

With a wide variety of classes and instructors, each student will still find a path that suits his or her daily needs to encourage safe growth in the yoga practice.

New to the studio? Try our introductory one month unlimited Yoga pass for $50 (includes weights classes)

Specialty Yoga Classes

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a hybrid of Yoga and Aerial Arts using a hammock to help deepen stretches, build strength, and open your mind to new ways of exercise movement. This class is the gateway to circus classes offered in the circus studio. We recommend this class to those interested in beginning a circus practice in order to build strength in grip and core.

Aerial Yoga is a beginner friendly class.. This is a challenging class, but your instructor will provide modifications and options to make this a fun experience for all levels and all bodies. Taking the offered modifications will help you build strength safer and more efficiently. 

Pre-registration is required, walk-ins are not accepted. Must sign up before class as space is limited.

Aerial Yoga classes require online pre-registration and pre-payment is required before attending.

Age minimum for Aerial Yoga classes is 16. Anyone under 18 requires guardian consent via online waiver.

Pilates Sculpt

Tone and sculpt your entire body with Pilates Sculpt. This class will put a contemporary spin on the traditional Pilates method. You may use hand weights, resistance bands, balls and other props to pump up your Pilates workout! This class will focus on postural alignment, strengthening your spine and core muscles, and toning and stretching the whole body to support a strong and flexible spine.

Yoga Sculpt

A less traditional approach to Yoga; this class offers you a full body workout with light weights to assist your Power Yoga poses, stretches, moderate cardio movements, and Pilates inspired core work. This class will incorporate small hand weights and sometimes include ankle weights, resistance bands, and core balls. We will warm up with simple yoga stretches and work into core based movements to prepare your whole body for power building Yoga postures and Yoga inspired cardio movements.
